Embark on a delectable journey through the Autumn season. In this hands-on experience, you’ll explore the rich versatility of pumpkins. Learn the art of selecting the perfect pumpkin, and discover the secrets behind transforming this humble gourd into exquisite dishes, from savoury to sweet.

My expert guidance will teach you essential kitchen skills while you create a feast, starting with a warm, sweet and tangy Roasted Butternut-squash Salad, followed by the showstopper of a Stuffed Baked Pumpkin using an authentic Italian recipe straight from Umbria. Conclude this warm Autumn experience with a Spiced Pumpkin Cake topped with a cloud-like crown for tea and dessert. We’ll then sit together at Asma’s Table to enjoy the fruits of our labour, ending the evening with dessert and aromatic infusions.

You will take home your own masterpiece creation of dessert to share and show off, and to remind you of the journey you had from the kitchen to Asma’s Table.
